Our unique and innovative DuraMatt Event coloured ground protection mat is a new addition to the DuraMatt range. DuraMatt Event is used for surface protection and is perfect for use at events, as well within the motor and leisure industries.

Its construction features environmentally friendly credentials as it is made from 100% recyclable low density polyethylene (LDPE) material which is entirely recyclable. This gives it an extensive life span compared to other alternatives such as wood.

DuraMatt Event is also an economical investment from a time and money perspective as it is easy to install and can be reused year after year, therefore avoiding reoccuring investments after each project.

Each lightweight mat weighs just 34kg based on our 12mm version and is ideal for both short and long-term projects. It can be exercised in a variety of applications but is commonly used within the event industry because of its unique and vibrant colour options.

Our DuraMatt Event mats are capable of taking weights of 20+ tonnes dependent on the ground conditions and the thickness of mat you choose. They are highly flexible, durable and follows the contours of the ground extremely well.

These mats can also be used with a variety of connection options depending on your use and the length of the project. They have been designed with a connection hole in each corner should the mats need to be linked together. The mats can be connected using heavy duty cable ties or 2/4 way connectors which allow the mats to be bolted together.

DuraMatt Event has a unique diamond pattern "non-slip" surface on one side whilst the other side has been left smooth for working on hard standing areas and sensitive grass. This also allows contractors to use the mat as a spoil board for construction materials. Its flexible nature allows the mats to follow the contours of the ground to deliver highly effective access over undulating or sloping terrain.
